We got lucky. Our subdivision won't allow us to raise poultry but our wonderful 4-H leader was able to get us these chicks and when we are done studying them (as in when the novelty wears off or they get to big to contain in the bathroom lol) she found a local family farm who is happy to have them.
Oh, wow... what fun! Chicks are absolutely precious... and a win/win for all-- you guys get to enjoy them for a while and then you can pass them on to another great home (of sorts :). Enjoy!
